superb location and friendly staff

central location rooftop views pillow sprays

the location is really central. you can easily walk to the main attractions and it is a short walk to vittorio emmanuele monument and the colosseum. the rooftop views were amazing especially at sunset. the hotel provided special pillow sprays that helped with sleep quality.

the gym facility is minimal. there is a glass floor displaying ancient ruins but the actual exercise equipment is limited. i found the gym to be quite small for a hotel of this size.

the hotel is near major sights. museums, piazzas, and the river are within walking distance so transport is not essential. this allows for easy exploration of many key areas of the city without extensive planning.

the breakfast offers a good range of food. i found the coffee and water self-service. the rooftop bar is great.

the rooms are super clean and cozy. i found the housekeeping service good. the reception staff were efficient and helpful and the staff arranged tours through the guest relations service for added convenience.

central location perfect views helpful staff

the hotel is in a great central location. i found the rooftop bar had perfect views and the drinks were great. the staff were very helpful with directions , and they helped me book taxis.

the room was clean. our linen felt soft. the hotel location seems good.

i found breakfast service poor, i waited a long time for staff. there was not any hot water on my departure day so i washed with cold water. the elevators were small.

warm welcome genuine kindness lukewarm water excessive prices

soraya at reception gave me a warm welcome, i found this very nice. she kept me updated about my room, i thought that was thoughtful. every staff member i encountered showed genuine kindness. the service was seamless, so i extended my stay.

i expected more luxury for a five star hotel. water temperature was lukewarm, i found that disappointing. the minibar prices were excessive with 5 euro for a small water bottle.
